The company is a consultant firm established in 1988 aimed to deliver comprehensive architectural and engineering solutions to government and private sectors. The company is registered as Brand 2 Structural Engineering Consultant under the list of Consultants of the Architectural and Associated Consultants Selection Board, Environment, Transport and Works Bureau. Ir Dr Liu manages the whole company in respect of its performance, business development, project implementation and delivery, and resources allocation.
