Mr. Keung has involved in several large-scale civil infrastructure projects including South Island Line (East), North Commercial District (NCD) and Relocation of Sha Tin Sewage Treatment Works to Caverns.

He is a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a member of Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors and a member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineering Surveyors. He is also a CIC-Certified BIM Manager, a member of both the Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling and the Hong Kong Institute of Civil and Building Information Management.
