Justin, a Registered Professional Engineer in Canada, had taken part in numerous civil engineering and geotechnical projects in Hong Kong, Canada as well as the United States.

Justin is currently an Assistant Professor at the Hong Kong Chu Hai College. He teaches undergraduate geotechnical engineering, construction technology, engineering mathematics and building infomation modelling courses.
