He was the Principal Surveyor to manage the project of Hung Hom North Approach Tunnels, Shatin to Central Link. He has shown strong background in land surveying, with the leading role in Harbour Area Treatment Scheme Stage 2A and Ocean Park Master Redevelopment Project.

Over 25 years of work experience in surveying, Frankie has been contracted to several civil projects, including Infrastructure for Penny’s Bay Development (Disneyland), Shatin New Town Project, Kwai Chung Container Port – Terminal 9 Development, and Construction of Kowloon Station and Tunnel.

He has substantial experience using BIM with mega projects, including the Shatin and Central Link, and currently the construction of Hong Kong Boundary Crossing Facilities. When saying about the future of BIM, Frankie believes BIM shall be applied in early design stage rather than during construction stage to resolve all the discrepancies, but still amendment should be made to the design in construction stage to save cost.

Frankie is active in promoting the community of surveying industry. He is a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and RPS (LS) of Surveyors Registration Board and so on.
